Swedish Massage
Classic common relaxation massage therapy consisting of specific strokes including efflurage (sliding movements), petrissage (kneading movements), vibration, tapping, and percussion techniques utilizing a firm or lighter pressure on the topmost layers of muscles.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release applies a gentle, sustained pressure to targeted points of restriction to stretch and loosen the fascia so that it and other contiguous structures can move more freely and allow the connective tissue releasing the contraction of muscle fibers.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage targets deeper structures of muscles and connective tissue, by easing layer-by-layer to release tension in the connective tissue going into the deepest accessible layer to focus on releasing chronic muscle tension as well as knots and adhesions in the muscles.
Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle hands-on technique that works with the soft tissue structures of the body and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid between the head and the base of the spine, by softly manipulating the joints in the cranium, parts of the pelvis, and the spine.
Postpartum Massage
A post delivery full body massage that can assist with swelling, hormone regulation, reduced anxiety, improve sleep, and assist with healing. If you had a C-section or complicated delivery, check with your doctor on how soon massage is good for you. (Reiki can be done asap!)
Deep Pressure
